01Send your client a link
Your profile can be rung directly — by the client you already have, not a marketplace queue. The room opens from a link in the browser, nothing to install on either side. A booked session opens on a device check first; a call you accept live goes straight in.
02You hold the call
Two people, mic, camera and screen share, in the browser. Nothing translates anyone while you talk — in the room you and your client speak as you would on any call — and nothing is recorded: no audio or video is ever kept, and messages are gone when the room closes.
03You approve the record
هل يُعترف بشهادتي الهندسية هنا؟
Will my engineering degree be recognized here?
If both of you consent — separately, in the room — the call ends in a written record, produced once the call is over, on hardware we own: what was said, transcribed verbatim, with no audio or video kept behind it. Where your client spoke Arabic, Farsi, Spanish, Tagalog or Mandarin, their side is also translated into English in the record — one way only; nothing renders your answers in their language. You read it first, remove any line, and approve it; only then does your client receive it. It answers the client who says, months later, that they were never told. Either of you can withdraw, which deletes it; it is deleted after 90 days regardless.
